All returns must be approved by us here at Day’s Parts Yard. Shipping cost will not be refunded as it was not charged during the initial purchase. All return costs, warranty or not, are to be covered by the buyer. Day’s Parts Yard is located in Arnold Missouri and all products will need to be returned to our facility. Some products may have up to a 25% restocking fee at our discretion.
All items shipped via ground can be returned for full refund. Once we receive product we will inspect to make sure nothing has been cut, altered, damaged or modified by the customer and then issue refund. This may take up to 48 hours once we have received the product.
We do not offer any refunds on any engines, transmissions or drive line components.
We do not accept returns on items that have been shipped via freight.
We do not offer any returns on items that have been shipped or forwarded out of the country.
We will replace defective parts if we have one in stock.
