Official Rules 

Sponsor and Administrator

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Days Parts Yard, 6218 Old State Rd, Imperial, MO 63052 ('Sponsor') and administered via ViralSweep ('Administrator').

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on April 12, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time and ends on July 4, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time.

Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York and Florida), who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of Sponsor or Administrator and their immediate families or household members are not eligible.

How to Enter

There are two ways to enter:

1. Purchase Entry: Every $5 spent (before tax and shipping) at Days Parts Yard (in-person or online) during the Sweepstakes Period earns one (1) entry.

2. Free Entry: To enter without making a purchase, mail a 3x5 card with your full name, address, phone number, and email to: Days Parts Yard Giveaway Entry, 6218 Old State Rd, Imperial, MO 63052. Each card received will count as one (1) entry. Must be postmarked by July 1, 2025 and received by July 4, 2025.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a 1983 S10 Blazer with an LS1 engine and T56 swap (the 'Prize'), approximate retail value: $16,000 USD. Prize must be accepted as is, with no warranty expressed or implied. Prize must be picked up in person from Sponsor's location in Imperial, MO. Prize may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash.

Winner Selection & Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Drawing will take place on or around July 5, 2025. The potential winner will be notified by phone. If the winner does not respond within three (3) business days, fails to meet eligibility, or does not comply with these rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

Required Documentation

Winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification. Winner may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and will be issued a Form 1099 for tax purposes. The prize is taxable income; the winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes.

Publicity Release

By entering, Entrants grant the Sponsor and its representatives the right to use their name, likeness, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of the Prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for technical issues, lost mail, or other disruptions.

Disputes

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. All disputes shall be resolved individually in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Missouri, and Entrants waive any right to claim punitive or consequential damages or attorney's fees.
